I was out of town all weekend and didn't have a chance to post my most recent training updates.
Here they are:
Friday -- REST
Saturday -- 8 mile run (1 hour)
Sunday -- REST
Monday -- Workout, 5 mile run (40 min)
Tuesday -- Swim 1000 yards
